How do I make a reservation?
Please contact me at email@example.com, or complete our request form on the "contact us" page of this website. Let me know how many people you are expecting in your party and when you would like to visit. I will provide you with details and pricing. When you are ready to book the unit, just let me know! I will provide you with a rental agreement to review and sign. Once this is returned along with the downpayment, the unit is yours!
How do I make my downpayment?
We require a 50% or $300 down payment (whichever is greater) to reserve the room for you. This is applied to the balance due and is NOT in addition to the amount quoted. We can take your payment via PayPal or credit card or even with a money order or a check if you prefer.
How will I know that I have secured the reservation?
Once we have received your signed rental agreement and downpayment, we will notify you via e-mail that the unit has been reserved in your name. Once the final payment has been made, we will notify you of the check-in procedures and provide you with all necessary building access codes (where applicable).
When is the final payment due?
If you are paying via PayPal or credit card, the final payment is due no later than 2 weeks prior to check-in. If you are paying via check or money order, we require payment 4 weeks prior to check-in. This allows for the payment to arrive via mail, be processed and deposited. Check-in information will not be provided until the final payment has been made.
When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is any time after 3 pm. Check-out is any time before 11 am. Occasionally, late check-out is available so feel free to ask!
What if I am arriving late in the evening? Can I still get into my room?
As mentioned, at the time of the final payment check-in information will be provided. If you know that you will be arriving late into the evening, please let us know. We will secure your rental door with a lockbox and provide you with the code to the lockbox. This will contain the key to your room.
What is the parking situation?
Parking can be tough in South Beach. Your best bet is to take a taxi from the airport and skip renting a car. South Beach is very walkable and taxis are readily available if you decide to take a trip out of the general vicinity. However, if you do decide to drive, there are valet services available at each of the 3 buildings were we currently have rentals. This can be costly so you may want to consider one of the many local municipal lots.

Am I required to clean the unit before I leave?
We do ask that you please remove trash before leaving, but other than that, we will provide all cleaning services. Cleaning fees range in price from $35 for our smallest unit to $100 for the largest. These fees are INCLUDED in the price quote. If you would like additional cleaning services during your stay, this can be arranged.
What should I expect to bring with me?
We will supply all linens and also we will supply bath towels for each guest at the beginning of your stay. We will also supply toilet paper and soap at the time of your arrival but any additional toiletries required will be supplied by the tenant. Since each rental unit is an independently owned condominium, amenities may vary, so please ask! There may be an iron and ironing board or a hair dryer in the unit already.
We do ask that you supply toiletries such as shampoo and toothpaste. In addition, we do not supply any beach towels or beach blankets.
What happens if I have a problem with my rental while I am on vacation?
We have assistant property managers available who are local to Miami Beach. A phone number will be provided to you prior to check-in which will serve as your emergency contact if there are any unforeseen issues while staying in your rental.
